Hello. When connecting the charger, the receiving port broke immediately. It stayed inside, and it's loose there. It's a shame...
The ultraviolet lamp doesn't work after a week, the paste pumps very poorly or doesn't pump at all. Very disappointed

The color is not white, but yellow. As if this holder is 1000 years old

I received it a couple days ago but haven't had a chance to use yet. It looks great and I will review again after I have had a chance install and use. Sorry I should have reviewed this earlier. I reccomned this item. Since getting this it is now easier to get kids to brush their teeth. I even find myself brushing more often because of ease of use.
All seems to be working okay despite the packaging being very squashed! No additional packaging was used, the box was just put inside the plastic mail bag! Not sure about the toothpaste dispenser? It's just a push fit, you don't screw it in and as of yet not been able to get it to work at all. Reasonable delivery time.
The package of the item was not stronger and I received it in bad condition but the toothbrush holder works normally.The 4 stars are for the package.
Good to hang brushes. But toothpaste holder wasn't good and the ultraviolet doesn't charge with room light as advertised.
