It was too large

The foot size is perfect but the foot support (top) is far too large for this size. It is impossible to wear it safely as the foot is not held properly. It needs to be more fitting to the foot. It hurts the toes as it rubs due to it being too large. It is a real pity because I like the shoe and the service was incredibly good.
