I ordered a curly wig. I got a straight hair wig that could not be used. When you wait so long for an order, you expect something spectacular. This was garbage. So disappointing.

It's pretty soft! It isn't as curly as the picture and neither the color is exact like the picture as it looks more blonde BUT the quality is amazing and good.
