Fits small

They promised that the jumper would be factory made. But in reality it is not clear where it is connected. On the inside of the neck everything is sloppy. There are threads sticking out here and there along the front seams. In front there are lighter spots and a large pellet that sticks out unsightly.

I received the sweater and was disappointed. In the photo it looks soft, fluffy and light. In reality it is stiff, heavy, the sleeves are a bit short. Where to put it now, that's the question...
