I purchased two electric nail filers. When I went to use it there was very little power so I recharged it. After it was recharged the wheel did not spin and had very little power. So I recharged it again with no results. The other one I purchased for my sister has power but it makes her nails very rough, not smooth like it how it was shown in the demonstration. The nail file works perfectly, at different rotation speeds, the file is fine-grit and sharp.

It doesn't cut, but saws, and you need to grow your nails out for it... Not great...

Junk, doesn't cut nails at all, in a word, a scam, don't buy
