The product is good but doesn't dazzle. It's a shame it doesn't have GPS or a digital sensor.. Joom's customer service is terrible. Below zero stars. As many have already described, the purchase invoice for the product was missing, which is mandatory to provide to the customer and is essential for the warranty. When I requested it, they went around and around trying to string the customer along with nonsensical talk and excuses, passing me from department to department where the same scheme and answers were repeated, providing links that contained nothing, sometimes invoking the platform's policy (illegal and easy to change, as long as there's willingness) giving wrong instructions, and finally writing that they were very busy and would contact me in 3 or 4 days. They never provided the invoice.

A CE marked and genuine EU plate. No China import. The box was sealed and everything looked fine.

Everything impeccable, a 10. I will definitely buy other products again.

Very good tablet the image is beautiful and the sound is very good.
