Very poor quality for what I paid . I see better bags on the £5. Market stall.....the zips are poor quality also. At the most I would only pay £7. Honestly it's really poor quality. Also it is NOT a large bag . Really I was expecting a better bag as it was for my 81 year old mother and now I can't give her it as she would be insulted . You really need to do better joom. I'm a good customer and order many things from you but Honestly I really need to start looking else where .

Actually ordered a similar one by accident, but it also makes a lovely gift to my sister or a girlfriend. The material is sturdy, lots of zippered pockets, as well as an over the shoulder strap that can be easily attached. Since I travel so much the feature of easily using as a hand strap or convert to shoulder strap makes it awesome!!

Actually biggbigger than I thought, the material is a little bit thin but overall it seems to be a good bag with lots of pockets for bits&bobs for outings,It arrived very quickly and undamaged ,I have to say that I am quite satisfied for the inexpensive price it is a worthwhile purchase.

After using it for few times I think I used it only for four times and now the strap is broken. The quality is not good. I emailed their support desk but they don't do anything cuz it's more than 30 days. I used it only for 4 times.
