But beyond the beauty, it really did the job – prevented her from licking the surgical area without causing her suffering. The material is very soft, cotton combined with pp, so it doesn't scratch or irritate her like the usual hard plastic collars. She could sleep with it, eat, and play without a problem, and the adjustment to it was really quick.. Suitable for all seasons too – not too hot and not heavy.
