The item does not fit my sewing machine. So I don't know about the quality. That's why I want to return it. But there is no clear description at all on how to return it. It says that I should click on Customer Service and mention my name and email address. But after clicking on Customer Service, there is no form for names and email addresses at all. So please let me know how I should return it? How do I contact you/Support/Customer Service? This is not a review about the item, but I see no way to contact you.

Despite the description to this foot pedal saying it is compatible with the Bernette 50 sewing machine the power plug to the machine is the incorrect size and does not fit. I ordered this item under the premise that it would fit but it does not. I have requested a refund/return but if you intend to order this item and use for the Bernette 50 do not buy it despite what the description reads.
