With the help of customer support, I have already received a full refund for the brush with a wooden handle. As the handle is completely unusable.

I bought another brush with a plastic handle for 88 ₽. The brush is also multifunctional and convenient. I can recommend it to everyone.

The package arrived in a general shipment; out of the two promised, only one was included. Support promised a partial refund.
