Doesn't match the description. I want to return the bulb because it doesn't do what it's supposed to.

I received the bulb. I checked it - it works. I haven't installed it on the scooter yet. But I was surprised!! When switching the low beam to the high beam - it's not the power of the light flux that changes, but the angle of illumination. And the beam of light is not round but a semicircle, and when switching the low beam to the high beam, the semicircle changes from top to bottom. Well, something like that.. maybe this review will be useful to someone.
