Insert the included AA battery into the battery compartment following polarity markings. Attach the trimming head if not already attached and remove the protective cap. Hold the trimmer at a slight angle and gently insert the tip into the nostril or ear opening — do not insert deeply. Move the trimmer slowly in a circular motion to trim visible hair. Trim only hair that is protruding; avoid deep insertion to prevent injury. For ear use, trim only the outer visible hair; do not attempt to remove embedded or deeply seated ear hair or foreign objects. After use, turn off the device and replace the protective cap. Clean the trimming head after each use according to the manufacturer’s instructions (many models allow rinsing under running water; ensure battery compartment is closed and dry if washable).
