Take the leftmost "light brown color" from the thicker side of the chip and apply it over the entire upper and lower eyelids.

Take the second "medium brown color" from the thicker side of the chip and layer it over the upper and lower eyelids.

Take the second from the right "deep brown color" from the thin side of the chip and apply it as a line near the eye.

Take the "blending clear pearl color" from the rightmost side with your finger and apply it over the entire upper and lower eyelids to emphasize a three-dimensional shine.

If you want to emphasize dimensionality, you can also apply the "blending clear pearl color" to the center of the upper and lower eyelids as a point.
