Do not fold immediately after washing, dry completely and store in a well-ventilated area.
Please note that ceramics can be damaged by external impact.
Direct heat, oven, induction, etc. cannot be used as they may cause cracks in the product.
Sudden temperature changes may cause damage (cracking or breakage) to the product.
We recommend using a neutral detergent and a soft sponge or dishcloth.
Products decorated with gold or platinum should not be used in a microwave oven.
Please be advised that due to the nature of the product, glaze charring/flowing/clogging, pinholes, fine scratches, color unbalance/smudging, black spots, and pattern unbalance are not considered defects.
