Two orders were combined into one package. One order received in perfect condition. There are problems with the second one. The cake platform arrived intact, but all three support tubes were flattened and bent. I tried to straighten them, but to no avail. Thanks to JOOM for promptness and support. The money for the damaged goods was fully returned.

The stand arrived broken and the stand holders were bent. It's a fragile item and should at least be packed in a box. I'm very sorry, I'm returning it.

2 out of 3 tubes were bent in several places, although the product was packaged quite securely🤷🏻‍♀️
