Size XL was taken for a waist circumference of 95 cm. The shorts are a bit large, but they don't fall down, they have an elastic waistband, the T-shirt could be a bit longer. Update: the material doesn't breathe, so the body doesn't 'breathe', causing discomfort.

I took XL for size 46, it fits loosely, doesn't press or pull anywhere, but I think it will be impossible to sleep in it in the heat, the body doesn't breathe at all
