THE BOLTS AND SCREWS ARE MISSING IN ORDER TO BE ABLE TO INSTALL THE WOK HANDLE!!!!! IN ADDITION, THERE IS A VISIBLE DENT AROUND THE EDGE OF THE WOK. REALLY DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS ORDER. IT IS EVIDENT THAT UNDER THESE CONDITIONS A REFUND WOULD BE APPROPRIATE?
