The bowl is light, I liked that the middle is not metal, I don't like contact of food with metal. I replenish after use. Food does not stay warm for a long time, but this is what the seller claims. Plastic container. I don't know how it keeps the temperature, I haven't used it yet. But it's compact. It comes with a collapsible spoon that is securely fastened in a small, closing container on the lid. There will be no rattle effect when moving.
