The white metal shelf looks like the description, but the top shelf is not pull-out as stated, and there are no mounting points to the cabinet walls; it simply sits on the bottom of the cabinet under the sink.

Arrived in damaged packaging and a part is broken, now I can't assemble it without breaking it.
