Although I ordered one size up, the shoes are too small. I always wear size 38. I cannot wear the shoes.
I stayed small and I want to return and exchange for a larger size

Size 38 fit a size 36. We ordered with this in mind. They look good on the foot and fit well. A little stiff, but acceptable for the price.
For my size 38-39, I could have taken one size larger, but it's like in the photo. I haven't worn them yet, it's cold😄
