Based on Royal Air Force specifications, this watch faithfully reproduces military specifications from the time, while updating the size and expanding the case diameter to 38mm. The case and caseback are made of 316L stainless steel. The crystal is a reproduction acrylic dome crystal for an antique look. It features a Swiss-made quartz movement and is functionally durable for modern use. The numerals, indexes, and hands are coated with LumiNova®, a luminous paint exclusively approved for use on Swiss-made watches. This enhances the luminous time and luminous intensity compared to standard luminous materials. It is also water-resistant to 5 bar, making it suitable for everyday use during wet work and other tasks.
