Received it in the evening, charged it overnight, wanted to wash in the morning but the machine doesn't turn on at all. Before starting, I googled info on how to use the machine. It doesn't work. Return my money. Your "support" service doesn't work. I've been trying to contact you for the second day, everyone has probably died. Joom has scammers, they sent a non-working piece of junk instead of a washing machine. Moreover, they offer me to buy other similar machines in different stores at different prices.
