[Explanation] The "Kamen Rider x Kamen Rider MOVIE War" series began with an exciting twist: the "beginning" of a new Kamen Rider fused with the "end" of a prominent Kamen Rider. In 2016, marking the 45th anniversary of Kamen Rider's birth, the series will "level up" with a new "shock"! The series has evolved from the previous collaboration between the two main Kamen Riders to a massive battle in which five Kamen Riders suddenly become a dream team and confront a threat to humanity.

[Story] Humanity is plunged into an unprecedented crisis by the onslaught of the mysterious game virus lifeform "Pac-Man." As the infection spreads at a terrifying pace, Takeru Tenkuji, aka Kamen Rider Ghost, becomes infected with the virus and loses his ability to transform. Kamen Rider Ex-Aid = Hojo Eimu discovers the true identity of the enemy and the source of the infection, but this leads to a "grave truth" that could determine his own fate! Ex-Aid and Ghost are blocked in their path. Only those men can save the two riders, and humanity, from this dire situation. How will the legendary Kamen Riders overcome this crisis? How will Wizard, who set off in search of a haven, Gaim, who disappeared from this earth, and Drive, who has lost his belt, all return before us?
