Copper cookware needs to be cleaned regularly to remove dark stains.. When the vessel oxidizes, rub 1/2 lemon or baking soda on the inner surface, rinse with water after 10-15 minutes. You can also use a solution consisting of an equal amount of vinegar or lemon juice and salt, diluted with a small amount of water, but do not use this solution too often.

The outer surface of the glass is coated with a copper varnish, so it is not recommended to use dishwashing detergent. To wipe away water droplets or remove dirt, use a simple soft cloth and hot water.
