TAMOSH lamps come with a locking and foam-lined hitch pin for a snug fit. Unlike other 9-LED hitch-mounted LED brake lights that only have a bright mode, our 15-LED has a bright brake light that doesn't flash along with turn signals, as well as a dimmer running tail light!
Usage Note: The LED tail brake light mounted on the trailer hitch will not flash while the turn signal is used exclusively. However, it will flash if both the brake lights and turn signal lights are active.
Q: Why does the LED brake light fit on the tow hitch but come loose?
A: The tow hitch cover is only secured with a tow hitch lock to prevent it from falling off, so the lock is not completely tightened. There is already foam on the inside of the tow hitch cover, but if you want the tow hitch cover to fit more snugly, you can always add more foam to hold the tow hitch cover in place.
Q: What if the LED brake light wiring is not long enough for my car?
A: The LED brake light wire length is designed to work on most trucks and SUVs with a tow hitch. In rare cases, the wires can be extended if they are too short. Cut the adapter wire and extend the wiring.
