It's been more than a week, they don't answer. OK! I shouldn't have disassembled the device, but is it normal to send it back as non-working??? In general, I thought that the contacts would be bent somewhere and would not be shorted. The video shows that this will not work. Therefore, I categorically do not advise this seller. It was ordered on 29.11.22. Received at the UkrPoshta branch on December 28, 2022. The track was constantly tracked in the JOOM application. Packaging in a thin polyethylene bag, in which the charger itself was located in the middle, in a branded box. The box moves, not significantly, but jammed. Also, when the charger was removed, it was discovered that there was mechanical damage in the upper left corner! Both on the side and on the front, the metal was slightly bent. The charger itself started working as soon as the plug was inserted into the socket! And if you connect it to the terminals of the battery, it shows the VOLTAGE of the battery. As it turned out, structurally, it does not have an on or off button! To do this, you need to remove or insert it into the socket. Also, under the left display, these are not three buttons, but three multi-colored plastics, under which there are lamps, some kind of indication, or notifications or modes? Also, the second-right display contains only one-time, pre-set sentences. It's too bad that there is no translation of how and why! Because there is no understanding of what the position of the two right buttons should be. Because there are plenty of variations to install them as possible. They tried to connect a car acid battery, and after installing the machine, charge it. It seemed to work, and to what extent it FINALLY needed to be recharged, it was impossible to determine. So a lot of additional trouble and tests are needed to decide on all the available possibilities.

The goods arrived quickly, with a suspicious sound of something torn off inside, after removing the cover it turned out that it was not a soldered capacitor. It was simply thrown inside, and apparently they took it from a garbage dump somewhere, probably a dirty second-hand one. THE DEVICE DOES NOT WORK. The quality of workmanship is very budget.
