Never order anything from this joom I ordered 2 folding chairs and only one item arrived, which wasn't even a chair, a piece of crap. Site's Batjocura Batjocura de oameni I tried to recover at least half of the amount into my account to have it sent to my card, and they put the amount as points so that I would buy more from them. I don't recommend joom Scam and mockery I contacted the police for fraud and the Consumer Protection Office Beware of this joom There is no support phone or email and what exists doesn't answer and just sends you to hundreds. There is no phone or email or chat where you can tell them directly that they are doing scams and fraud I lost money with them

Hello ! I only received the tray, no chair, and the website says a sun lounger with a tray. I felt they tricked me. I tried to contact them, they tricked me again and said it was sold out. I want to return your goods but no one knows how to contact them.

This is an obvious scam. The offer is poorly described, these are not sun loungers but a plastic holder. Zero contact to the seller, zero any reaction.
