The arms fly freely and are as open as if they were bent, that's probably how it is, the glass doesn't change the light, it's not photochromic

I believe a BIG problem with package delivery has arisen. I received on November 14th and not the 15th a package with Tracking Number: 6102525174589 (MINE) but inside I found gears from an electric clock. Therefore, I request that the ordered goods be resent to me, which I indicate in the attachment with the entire journey the package took to reach my address.
