Arc'teryx's iconic Alpha SV has already proven its performance in harsh alpine environments. The durable and breathable GORE-TEX PRO is combined with the most durable 100% recycled material as the outer fabric, and Most Rugged Technology is applied to provide surprisingly long-lasting protection from the elements. The microgrid backer is resistant to friction and contamination, and is designed to be easier to repair, extending the life of the alpha. The built-in RECCO® reflector helps search for victims in an emergency situation, and the StormHood™ (StormHood), which can be worn over a helmet, enhances coverage and helps secure visibility by adjusting the size. In addition, the ergonomic pattern gives freedom of movement so that you can freely cross various mountainous terrain.

It was changed to a 100D outer fabric made of 100% recycled materials, and the structure was redesigned to extend the life of the product and simplify repairs.
