Well received in a very damaged box but luckily nothing broken, wireless headphones with transmitter, good sound, battery box cover a little fragile, be careful no charger provided but also works with batteries 2 for the headset then 2 for the transmitter, low price, honorable quality, instructions in English, 4.5v charger sold on the joom site for 5.10 euros.

Hello The box in the package was in poor condition (crushed). Product malfunction.

The headphones arrived well. I tried it straight away and everything is okay.

It does not install, I have tried it anyway and without results

It doesn't work well, I can't use it.

Received item ok, worked ok initially on batteries but when I tried using a correct polarity 4,5v dc input the battery function stopped and the dc input function has a background hum. It seems that the battery function for the emitter no longer works after using dc input and dc input function is unsatisfactory due to back ground hum. I have tried to contact Joom but cannot locate the Joom support button as per instructions so request Joom help me by contacting me on receipt of this review, which seems to be the only way to contact them!

The product does not work properly after assembly. It crashes or does not work at all, I would like to request a refund of the price of the product.

All items received in good condition

It works perfectly but for my television it doesn't work I don't know because it doesn't have an audio output to connect to the cable. The television is modern and I don't like at all what's happening to me. Thanks for everything JOM
