This watch does not work, the winding crown is bent, when turning the crown to wind the watch It spins halfway in the air with a clicking noise, the hand of the sub-dial at 10 o'clock has come off and is loose on the face. Refund requested since June 2nd with no response from JOOM. Review update on June 26, 2026: JOOM just confirmed the full refund of the watch. PHEW
