The description does not match the product itself. What is indicated on it: 16Amp. 250V, it is not even close to what practice shows. A normal kettle from the series with plastic handle and base, and stainless metal casing, cannot work with such a thermostat. Within two days of receiving the order, the kettle worked properly 5 times, after which it gave no sign of life and the thermostat was melted. The contacts did not appear to be hardened and their location was altered. I think it would be good if such switches were made of hard plastic with carbon fiber.

The switch for the kettle arrived in good condition, this is the second one (the first one arrived broken). I haven't put it on the kettle yet, so I can't say anything about its operation yet.

Didn't work for even a week in the kettle, the contacts fused, doesn't turn off. Out of the five ordered, three failed. The fourth one has been working for about five days.
