The main elements of the recuperator are main unit telescopic tubes filter ceramic heat exchanger The recuperator works in two cycles of 75 seconds each: In the first cycle warm and polluted air is exhausted from the room, heating and humidifying the ceramic heat exchanger In the second cycle the wall recuperator blows in cool and fresh air from outside, which is heated and humidified by the ceramic heat exchanger. In this way, the wall recuperator ensures optimal temperature and humidity in the room. For example, the recuperator can be configured to extract air from the room when a certain RH humidity value is exceeded, until the sensor reading drops to the desired level. Air flow blocking When the heat recovery unit is turned off, the front louver closes automatically, effectively blocking the flow of cold air from the outside. Control The heat recovery unit can be controlled with the remote control or via the Tuya app . The remote control allows you to select the operating mode, fan speed and boost mode. Thanks to the Tuya app, you have control over the heat recovery unit from anywhere in the world! The Tuya app is easy to use and compatible with Android and iOS systems. Three operating modes Supply mode the recuperator blows fresh and clean air from outside, ensuring adequate ventilation and air quality indoors. Supply mode is recommended on warm days when we want to cool and refresh the interior. Regeneration Mode the device uses a ceramic heat exchanger to recover heat and moisture from exhaust air. Regeneration mode is recommended on cold days when we want to warm and humidify the interior while saving energy. Exhaust Mode stale and polluted air is extracted from the room, removing unpleasant odors and harmful substances. Extraction mode is recommended when we need to quickly get rid of excess moisture, smoke, or odors. In supply and exhaust mode, the heat recovery unit operates continuously - the cyclical operation described earlier only works in regeneration mode Simple installation The AV-TTW5-W heat recovery unit is easy and quick to install . Just drill a hole in the wall, place the telescopic tube in it and screw the mounting plate. Then place the main unit of the heat recovery unit against the mounting plate, and the strong magnet will automatically attract it. All that remains is to connect the power supply and the wall-mounted heat recovery unit is ready for use! The device is equipped with a telescopic tube , which you can easily adjust to the wall thickness . The tube has a minimum length 27.5 cm and a maximum length 47.5 cm and ensures a tight connection of the recuperator with the opening in the wall. Our recuperator additionally includes an efficient F7 filter, which has much greater air purification capabilities. The G3 filter is designed to initially capture larger pollutants, while the F7 filter thoroughly cleans the air of fine particles, pollen, and even viruses. Ideal for the night or when users are absent. Medium speed - efficient and comfortable , guarantees optimal ventilation and air quality. Recommended during the day or during normal user activity. High speed - intense and effective , enables maximum ventilation and air exchange. High speed is recommended in situations when we need to quickly refresh or warm the interior. Boost Mode Allows you to increase the fan intensity above standard speeds for approx. 30 minutes. Boost mode is recommended in situations when we need to get rid of excess moisture, smoke or odor very quickly Noise level On each of the three modes, we measured the noise level from a distance of 1 and 3 meters, here are the results obtained: Low speed 1 meter: 20 dB, 3 meters: 19 dB Medium speed 1 meter: 29 dB, 3 meters: 27.5 dB High speed 1 meter: 32.7 dB, 3 meters: 31 dB Operation at low speed generates noise at a level of approx. 20 dB - which is comparable to the loudness of forest noise (according to the CIOP classification - Central Institute for Labor Protection) Ventilation system The AV-TTW5-W wall heat recovery unit can work in pair with a second device of the same model, creating a ventilation system for a larger room or two rooms. When the heat recovery units are connected, they work synchronously - when one exhausts air, the other supplies . One of the wall heat recovery units then becomes the "master" unit and both devices are controlled by it.
