They run large, with a high instep, so the foot slides forward even more. They lack the shape of women's shoes, just a wide oval. I do not recommend

They run small… I took 40-41 for a 39 and they are a tight fit.. for a narrow foot, if your foot is wider, it will be uncomfortable to walk due to the «sides» on the edges.
