[Results of a New Sound Quality Evaluation Method] The development of the A series began with analyzing the relationship between sound quality and physical characteristics and establishing a new evaluation method, which has culminated in the flagship earphone A8000. We listen to music recorded at various quality levels and at various volumes. However, conventional evaluation methods generally involve subjective evaluation under fixed conditions such as sound pressure, making it difficult to judge good sound in a way that reflects actual product listening. With the A6000, we have adopted a new evaluation method that aligns with actual music listening conditions and have created the sound accordingly. [Equipped with our proprietary driver unit "f-Core DU"] We have developed a completely new 6mmφ dynamic driver unit, "f-Core DU," by designing all driver components in-house, including the diaphragm, voice coil, magnet, magnetic circuit, adhesives for each part, and even the production equipment. The driver front housing is made of brass, which is less susceptible to magnetic force than ordinary aluminum and has a higher specific gravity. To improve the time response performance of the diaphragm, we use 30μ ultra-fine CCAW for the voice coil and thoroughly lighten the moving parts by assembling them with minimal adhesive. Furthermore, by carefully pressing the diaphragm in small batches of about 1/3 the usual amount, we minimized pressure unevenness and achieved the formation of a uniform diaphragm without distortion. [Special housing equipped with a newly developed "stainless steel mounting frame"] The flagship A8000 model had the driver directly fixed to the stainless steel housing to maximize its performance. For the A6000, a newly developed stainless steel mounting frame was created to hold the "f-Core DU". While the lightweight resin housing provides comfortable wearability, the internal metal frame increases the rigidity of the housing and firmly supports the driver. As a result, the sound quality is extremely fine-grained, and the contours of each note can be felt clearly. ["Hard Grain Processing" that combines texture and functionality] The surface of the resin casing is treated with our unique "hard grain processing." Grain means "particles," and this special processing gives the surface of the casing fine shading, increasing rigidity and preventing scratches and fingerprints. [Newly Designed 2-Pin Soft Single-Crystal Copper Cable] We have newly developed an easy-to-handle 2-pin cable using single-crystal copper with excellent conductivity. This achieves a sound that combines high resolution with a soft texture. [Ear tips for optimal fit] To maximize the sound quality of this product, we have included "TYPE E True Wireless-Specific" ear tips with a wider opening. Two types of silicone material with different hardness levels are used for the sound conduit and the part that touches the ear. The sound conduit uses a harder silicone material than the part that touches the ear, and grooves are applied to achieve both strength and flexibility. Five sizes, SS/S/M/L/LL, are included so you can choose the one that suits you best. [Silicone Carrying Case] A silicone carrying case is included, allowing you to easily store the cable by rolling it up. The earphones themselves are softly secured by a thin, dome-shaped silicone lid. Featuring our proprietary "f-Core DU" driver and stainless steel mounting frame, this new sound delivers extremely fine detail and a palpable sense of presence in every single note. A newly designed "soft single-crystal copper cable" is included.
