Reasonable reason This is because the four setscrews on the back cover of the watch had defective threads and were repaired by changing from M1.4 to M1.6 screws (Image 8, Phillips screws changed to flat head screws). (Use Panerai stainless steel back cover screws) The band shows no signs of use, but there are scratches.
