About this item SAY GOODBYE TO YOUR GRAVEYARD OF ABANDONED PLANNERS: If you get bored easily and abandon every planner youve ever tried, The Anti-Planner is crafted just for you. It's not just another book to add to your collection; it's an activity book designed specifically for procrastinators who need unique, entertaining ways to complete tasks, manage emotions, and get through productivity roadblocks. Stop beating yourself up and start smashing through those delays. OVER 100+ STRATEGIES: The Anti-Planner helps make adulting suck less with step-by-step guides, activities, games, and challenges for boring tasks like laundry, email, and cooking. It teaches you to stop procrastinating, celebrate small wins, and prioritize effectively. EASILY DIGESTIBLE (A.K.A. SHORT CONTENT): No long, filler sentences for the sake of extra pages. Most content is a single page, broken down into easy-to-understand headers, bulleted text, instructions, tips, examples, and blank templates. RELETABLE VALIDATION FROM DANI DONOVAN: Instead of the cold, unfeeling stare of a stoic blank planner page, this book is infused with the humorous and empathetic voice of Dani Donovan, an ADHD comic artist. Using it feels like talking with a supportive friend who understands your struggles. VISUALLY STUNNING DESIGN: Unlike an ADHD planner or DBT / CBT therapys workbook filled with repetitive black and white tables, The Anti-Planner contains 328 full-color pages. It includes vibrant illustrations, comics, coloring pages, and hand-drawn templates that present new and creative ways to visualize information and tasks. Say goodbye to boring to-do lists!
