Worked sloppily. Incompletely embroidered and totally sloppily cut out (at least that can still be corrected in contrast to the rest). Actually not really usable... (And with 2 colors ordered, only one was delivered twice, but that was reimbursed without hesitation.)

This is how 2 flowers look, but only one came. Why so. I really do not understand. Indeed, either show one or two.

The order arrived, everything is fine, except that the whole design is in one direction, the small flowers are all looking to the left side, but should be like the sample. The support service works great, they resolved my issue quickly, returned half the cost of the goods, five stars.

The vases are blue . 🥰📹×📸I'm attaching. Good quality thermal sticker, 2 pcs. included. I took it for decoration of felt boots. Heat up the iron and apply it like a press and for a longer time. Then the effect is good.
