The build quality and materials (metal) are excellent. The functions and appearance correspond to the description, but the brightness leaves something to be desired... It is bright for its size, but I have a flashlight identical to this one, only bought in 2017, and it (the old one) shines about 30 percent brighter! The quality of the battery will show over time (the old one lasted +-4 years and then started to decline, although it still holds a charge a little now)
