The card arrived very crumpled. The padding in the form of a soft stick did not help, because the roll was roughly folded in half and stuffed into a soft bag with other goods.

Folded in three, packed simply in a bag, cannot be straightened, and the edges are also frayed, thank you that the support service responded quickly, they refunded the money, thank you.

I don't know how to smooth it out. As specially lamali, bent, in the creases, even the foam cylinder on which the card was wound
