The box is damage because of rain and instructions is wet. I wounder if y'all can start making the package weather proof. I rate 4 because of that and plus wear is the delivery holding it at its raining and all it's looks like they holding it in there hand instead of a Ziploc bag at least. Overall y'all still the greatest most needed app. Thanks Joom.
Open package put battery in attached unit to bicycle. Press lock button on remote unit beeps once press unlock button on unit it beeps twice but does not alarm no matter what will be sending it back
BAD!!! the alarm has died it's not working anymore survived for 2 weeks that's it!!!! and no i'm not stupid i changed 4 batteries, and NOTHING!
Item had battery not working. I had to buy a mew battery and than it worked.
