I can't say that the charger is good. It's very average. The output voltage is 13.1 V. If you charge a battery pack of three cells without a BMS board, something bad can happen. You have to be careful and monitor the charging process.

EXCELLENT, works out at 100%, charges converted batteries from a screwdriver, and a self-made lithium battery from a pile of old cans, definitely topchek

me this product did not fit .plug not included in a screwdriver now I'm thinking of soldering the plug or find an adapter . I'm sitting here scratching my head.

I haven't tried it yet but it looks well made I bought it for a drill with a built-in battery

Tested with a multimeter, got 28V instead of 12V. It was lucky that the device for which I ordered did not burn.
