I received the order, but I am disappointed, the bow of 5 hats was not fastened well, the closing bag was damaged, I put one star, for the other 4 hats that I received, they were fine with bows, but they were not caught well...

Came deformed. In photo 2, you can see a hole in the original ruler - it was not made by me: apparently the bag was hermetically filled with air so that the product would not spoil and someone would drop it. I will try to steam the creases, maybe it will be fixed. If it does not come off, throw it away: due to the deformation of the base, the hat does not stay on the head.

When she received the canoe, she was delighted. The package was voluminous and light, and all because the inner package is filled with air like a ball so that the hat does not deform during transportation. Everything is very well thought out! Real straw, the aroma is incredible. Maybe not perfectly made, but very natural, cool! I'm happy!

The hat arrived a little crumpled, as it was packed in a regular bag (there were no bags filled with air), but not critical. I think it will evaporate and everything will be OK. The fields are not equal, somewhere wider, somewhere narrower, but for this price it is normal. It looks stylish.

As I understand it, this hat was supposed to be in an air bag, but for some reason there was no air in there and there was no visible damage to the package either. What should be done with it now and will it be possible to even it out somehow? I will write to the support service
