These slippers look to be of good quality, but as they are for Xmas gift I can not tell yet, but they do seem rather small for the size quoted in your advert. It states 236to 238 mm but the ones I have are just 230mm, they are not going to fit the person who I have bought them for.

As the other pair I ordered along with these, they too are too small and not the size as quoted on your Web site, what can be done

This is tiny for my feet but I have squeezed into them And they are very warm, these would be great for teen-agers.😁
