It's sturdy enough and not difficult to assemble. I put four stars because the cable part that's supposed to bend is hard to bend, and it doesn't do it in all directions as I assumed. But it does stay in place once you find a shape you want.

Nice thing for watching videos during cooking. But It is quite difficult to scroll social media because it is shaking every time you try to touch it. Also you have to get used to it because it's quite hard to set it in an appropriate way.

Sturdy and feels like good quality, the wire is thick and stiff. My phone is heavier so the wire bends, but I use other things to keep it in place. I def recommend, it's super flexible and I can film horizontally with it.
