Not really happy as when I was using it going into town the strap snapped. It was very badly sewn together, only held together by a couple of loose stitches and the cage/mesh on the front was badly glued on.

Well, I thought it was big as it says and it is in the pictures that the rodents will fit, unfortunately neither the rabbit nor the cowardly fredka will fit in this bag and the appearance of the bag is nice only the grilles are badly sewn

If it's a baby rabbit, it's fine, but not for a toy rabbit.

How can I return it because I made the wrong size?

I ordered a carrier for a rabbit, but it was too small for him in both the literal and figurative sense, although it was indicated that it would be suitable for rabbits. I ordered the one that was larger, and it didn't fit in terms of size. Everything else is good; it arrived in two weeks, like everything else. Parcels arrive, thank you. It would be better if there were even larger sizes than the ones available.

The material is not practical - the outside is light plush, to which all the garbage is attracted, inside the mesh, for which the claws of the animal cling. The guinea pig barely fits in the carrier. I do not recommend.

It has no bottom. I don't know how to use it (it would be incredibly uncomfortable for a chinchilla to sit in. Also, the material is just foam rubber and the plastic mesh is for one tooth.

The size was suitable for a rat. But the plastic net was destroyed in 10-15 minutes. The transfer turned out to be one-time.
