Instead of 5 mm they sent me 3 mm. Very ugly and unserious. Irresponsible seller. Shame. I think I won't order anything from Joom anymore. This is the third time I've been disappointed. Twice they didn't send my orders at all. I ask for a photo of the envelope. How do I send it if I haven't received anything? It's ridiculous.

It's tourmaline, but of poor quality. Appropriate for the price. I wouldn't pay more for this quality either.

The stones are all different colors, not all are transparent as they look in the photo, not pink, but rather - beige. The price - does not match the product - a very high price for such a product

Instead of the stated 5 mm, a 4 mm thread arrived...Return the price difference...
