Recieved a mouse with dongle, not a bluetooth one and I had to argue with Joom customer support. They tried to claim, that since (as I wrote them in my complain) I wanted to use it with mobile phone and this is computer mouse, it is in part my fault and at first offered only 35% refound. Only after arguing that technology of connection is the important thing joom agreed with full refund.
