The operating instructions are printed to small can you please in large. Having now used it I am very disappointed with the noise trimer, on one use the head just fell a part very poor design but the main hair cutters seems to be working ok after one use. No help from Joom to sort out the problem just keep on asking for more information do not try and claim if you have something wrong as once's they have your money they are no longer interested in you very poor after sales service Be ware. After sales service very poor and a waste of time and money contacting Joom as they are not interested after they have your money BE WARE
