Joba02 A semi-catastrophe this order. The so-called connected watch lasted 8 days!?!! It became like "crazy" Incorrect time, no function, impossibility to connect the watch to the smartphone. I am disappointed, disgusted. It's not even worth €15. Only in this package, the socks were acceptable! My last orders will definitely be the LAST Goodbye Joom. One cannot reach anyone, no customer service, telephone number to leave a message inoperative. It's a bit of mocking the clientele. I am waiting for my other packages with an interminable delivery time and if there are still problems, I will report it to the DGCCRF (Customs) which has a specialized service that effectively handles these issues.. .
